Subject to the number of applicants at each centre, the NICL reserves the right to alter the choice of the exam centre submitted by candidates. NICL may cancel, add, or reassign candidates to different NICL Assistant exam centres for logistical reasons or administrative feasibility. In case the applications for a particular NICL Assistant exam centre surpasses the capacity of a particular exam centre, or in case of an inadequate number of applicants in a particular centre, then the NICL shall offer an alternative examination centre, which could be at another city or state, too. Most importantly, all risks and expenses, such as travel and accommodation, associated with an attempt at the examination have to be borne by the applicant him-/herself.
