EXIM Bank MT Online Application

The EXIM Bank requires you to follow certain guidelines while filling out the application form. The complete process of the EXIM Bank MT exam application form will be done online mode and therefore you need to be careful while filling out the application form. Step by Step process of filling in the application form is as follows.

• Go to the official website of EXIM Bank and click on https://www.eximbankindia.in/careers.
• Click on the hyperlink “Apply Online” and you will be redirected to a new page.
• Click on the "CLICK HERE FOR REGISTRATION" tab provided on the top right corner of the page.
• You will be redirected to the first page of the application form where you will be required to fill in all the basic details and click on the Save & Next button to move forward.
• You will now be redirected to the second page of the form where you will be asked to upload your scanned passport-size photograph and signature and then click on the Next button.
• Besides the above documents, you also need to upload your thumb impression and a handwritten declaration that will be mentioned in the official notification of the EXIM Bank Management Trainee.
• After you move on to the next page, you will have to fill in your personal details including your educational qualifications.
• The next step would be filling out the exam centre's preference list. You will be required to fill in 4 centres. Click on 'Save & Next.
• After you are finished entering the details, the preview of your form will be shown, so that if you find any error, you can edit and correct it. Once the application is submitted, you will not be able to edit it.
• In the end, you will have to choose a preferable online payment method to submit the application fee for EXIM Bank Management Trainee.
• You can pay the fees through credit card/debit card / net banking etc.

• Guidelines for Uploading the Photograph
  • The photograph dimensions must be 4.5 cm * 3.5 cm.
  • The photograph must be clear and of passport size.
  • The size of the photograph must be between 20KB - 50 KB.
• Guidelines for Uploading the Signature
  • The signature of the applicant must be clear and legible.
  • The signature should only be done with either blue or black ink.
  • The size should be between 10KB-20 KB.
• Left thumb impression
  • The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
  • The handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not by any other person.

  • Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
  • File Size: 20 KB – 50 KB
• Hand-written declaration
  • The handwritten declaration should not be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • You have to write the declaration in English clearly on white paper with black or blue ink.
  • The handwritten declaration should be in your own handwriting.
  • File type: jpg / jpeg
  • Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height).
  • File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB
  • “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

EXIM Bank MT Application Fee

After submitting the EXIM Bank MT application form, you will be redirected to pay the application fee. For General and OBC candidates, you have to pay the application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) of ₹ 600/-. For SC/ST/PWD/EWS and Female candidates,₹ 100 (Intimation charges) will be charged. Please note that fees once paid will not be refunded in case the application is found to be not eligible for the said post.

EXIM Bank Admit Card

The Exim Bank MT admit card contains the examination centre, venue, date, and time of the exam and will be available in the Exim Bank Call Letter. You can download the EXIM MT admit card by using the registration number and password provided during the time of registration. Please note that no hard copy of the call letter will be mailed to the candidate. You have to bear your expenses for the examination.

Please Note: Candidates reporting after the reporting time specified on the call letter for EXIM Bank will not be permitted to take the examination.

• Valid ID Proof: PAN Card/ Passport/ Permanent Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/
• Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead along with photograph /
• Photo identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead along with the photograph /
• Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College/ University/
• Aadhar card/ E-Aadhar Card with a photograph/
• Employee ID/ Bar Council Identity Card with photograph should be submitted to the invigilator for verification.

Number of Attempts

No such information regarding the number of attempts has been provided on the official website. You can attempt the EXIM Bank exam as many times as you want till you attain the maximum age limit.

EXIM Bank Pre-Exam Training

The EXIM Bank MT notification 2023 does not provide such information. We need to wait for notification 2024 to be released to see if there is any update regarding the Pre-Exam Training.
