GIC Assistant Manager (Scale 1) (Finance Chartered Accountants) Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST candidates) and candidates should have passed the Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Candidates should provide their membership number and the same will be verified with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
GIC Assistant Manager (Scale 1) (General) Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST candidates).
GIC Assistant Manager (Scale 1) (Legal) Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by Bar council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 60% marks for General & OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST candidates).
GIC Assistant Manager (Scale 1) (Insurance) Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST candidates) and candidates should possess Post Graduate Degree/diploma in General Insurance/ Risk Management/ Life Insurance/ FIII/ FCII.

You must possess computer proficiency and the required qualification should be fulfilled as of February 2, 2021.

GIC Assistant Manager Age Criteria

GIC Assistant Manager Age Relaxation

There is the provision of age relaxation in the GIC exam 2021 if you belong to reserved categories. This age relaxation is applicable in the upper age limit and varies within the reserved category. In case you are eligible for relaxation under more than one of the mentioned categories, the age relaxation will be on a cumulative basis subjected to the maximum age not exceeding 45 years. Pre-Examination Training for Reserved Candidates

GIC Assistant Manager (Scale 1) Eligibility Criteria

General Insurance Corporation of India or GIC will be conducting a pre-examination training for the reserved category candidates such as SC/ST/PwBD/OBC and EWS. Interested candidates can opt for Pre-exam training in On-Line Applications. This training will be free of cost. Please note that the company will not bear any other expense of the candidate other than training. You have to bear your expenses such as traveling, boarding, lodging, and other personal expenses. Also, you cannot claim the selection by the Company just by attending the GIC Assistant Manager Pre-Examination Training.
