EPFO Assistant Vacancy

How To Apply Online

EPFO Assistant notification 2024 is an online procedure. No other mode of application is applicable. The step by step procedure is mentioned below.

• Visit the EPFO website www.epfindia.gov.in
• Click on “Apply Online for Recruitment to the Post of Assistant in EPFO”
• Register yourself by entering your details like name, contact details and email id
• A provisional registration number and password will be sent to the respective email id and contact number that has been registered
• Login again using those credentials and enter other details as asked
• Upload all the required documents as per the specified dimensions mentioned below -
• Passport size coloured photograph of dimension 200 x 230 pixels with file size ranging between 20 to 50 KB.
• Candidate signature on white paper with Black Ink pen of dimensions 140 x 60 pixels with file size ranging between 20 – 50 KB
• Left thumb impression on a white paper with black or blue ink. The dimension should be 240 x 240 pixels with file size ranging between 20 to 50 KB
• A handwritten declaration - “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” The dimension should be 800 x 400 pixels and file size 50 KB – 100 KB
• All the above documents should be in jpg/jpeg format
• Handwritten declaration and signature should not be in capital letters
• Review your application before final submission as once submitted the details cannot be edited later
• Click on the “Payment” tab to proceed for payment through online mode
• Print the application form and fee receipt for future use

EPFO Assistant Application Fee

EPFO Assistant application fee payment can be made by using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets or any other online payment gateway. Without the application fee, your EPFO Assistant application will not be considered complete. Any bank transaction charges need to be borne by you. For more details refer to the table below.

EPFO Assistant Admit Card

Intimation for downloading the EPFO Assistant admit card will be sent through email/SMS on the registered email id and contact number. You can download the call letter from the EPFO website by entering your registration number/roll number and password/date of birth. This admit card printout along with photo identity proof in original and photocopy should be brought to the exam centre.
