BRBNMPL Deputy Manager Online Exam 2025

The written exam is objective type and has 4 sections: Reasoning and Analytical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, General English, and General Awareness.

Except for the General English section, all other sections are available in both Hindi and English. Candidates can choose the language at the start of the exam.

The paper has a total of 100 questions for 100 marks. The Reasoning and Analytical Ability section has 30 questions for 30 marks and must be completed in 20 minutes. The Quantitative Aptitude section also has 30 questions for 30 marks with a time limit of 20 minutes. The General English section has 20 questions for 20 marks and must be finished in 15 minutes. The General Awareness section also has 20 questions for 20 marks with a 15-minute limit.

The total time for the written test is 70 minutes. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks in each section as decided by BRBNMPL.

    BRBNMPL Deputy Manager Interview Stage

The interview is the second stage of the BRBNMPL Deputy Manager selection process. Only candidates who pass the written test are called for this stage. The interview is held to test professional knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the job.

The marks of the interview are added to the marks of the written test to prepare the final merit list. The weight of the interview is important, so candidates should prepare well for it.

In the interview, the panel may ask questions related to your academic background, work experience, and the role of a Deputy Manager in BRBNMPL. They may also ask about general awareness, current affairs, and topics linked to currency printing and security features.

Candidates must bring all required original documents for verification at the time of the interview. If the details given in the application form are found false or incomplete, the candidature will be cancelled.

Final Selection for BRBNMPL Deputy Manager

The final selection for the BRBNMPL Deputy Manager post is based on the combined marks of the written test and the interview. Both stages are important. A high score in one stage cannot make up for a very low score in the other stage.

Candidates must get the minimum qualifying marks in each section of the written test as fixed by BRBNMPL. They must also score well in the interview. The marks from both stages are added to make a merit list.

The final merit list is prepared in order of the total marks scored. If two or more candidates have the same total marks, the one with higher marks in the written test is placed higher in the list. If the marks are still the same, the older candidate is placed higher.

The final selection is subject to document verification and medical fitness. Only candidates who pass all stages and meet the eligibility criteria will be offered the appointment.
