On November 2, 2021, the Institute of Banking Personnel Officer released an official notification for the recruitment of Specialist Officers Scale 1 with 1828 vacancies! <\/strong>For those of you who have been waiting for this announcement with bated breath, it is now time to rise and shine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IBPS SO Recruitment 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For those of you who wish to apply for any of the Specialist Officer posts, you should do that immediately. The IBPS SO application window<\/a><\/strong> will remain open between November 3, 2021 and November 23, 2021.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Can a student who has earned a degree in Veterinary Sciences apply for the IBPS SO AFO exam?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> Yes, you are eligible to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Are there any eligibility relaxations for the reserved categories?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>Yes, all age and educational relaxations will apply for the reserved groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: I am born in April 1991, am I eligible to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>No. The official notification clearly states that eligible candidates must be born on or after November 2, 1991 and on or before November 1, 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: I am a recent graduate with no work experience. Am I eligible?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>Yes, the official notification does not demand candidates to have any work experience to apply for the AFO post. You are eligible so long as you satisfy the education criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: I will graduate in 2022, am I eligible to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>No. It is imperative that all final results for eligible candidates are declared on or before November 23, 2021. You can try next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Are candidates from OBC category belonging to the creamy layer eligible for reservation and subsequent relaxations?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>No. Only candidates belonging to the non-creamy layer are eligible for reservation. Candidates from OBC category who come from the creamy layer must denote their category as \u2018General\u2019 in their application.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
