Every month brings with itself a list of days and events that commemorate various important occasions. National Doctor\u2019s Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

National Doctor\u2019s Day is celebrated on July 1 in India every year. This day marks the birth and death anniversary of esteemed Bengali physician Bidhan Chandra Roy. He also served as the second Chief Minister of West Bengal. National Doctor\u2019s Day was celebrated for the first time in 1991. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, this day is observed to acknowledge and appreciate the important role played by doctors in our societies. Also, the day is also dedicated to celebrating the medical community at large and the medical advancements made in our country through the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After having been in the throes of a Pandemic for over a year now, as a society, we have learnt the importance of our doctors and the medical community at large. They have been working tirelessly to keep us and our families safe. This Doctor\u2019s Day, take some time to pause and reflect on the role played by doctors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

National CA Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

National Chartered Accountants Day is celebrated in India on July 1 <\/sup>every year to mark the establishment of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). ICAI was established by the Parliament in 1949. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ICAI is the second-largest organization of its kind with approximately 2.5 lakh members. The day is celebrated in honour of the Chartered Accountants in India. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

GST Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new Goods and Service Tax<\/strong> (GST) law was introduced in India in 2017. On July 1, 2018, the first anniversary of the GST law was celebrated as GST Day.
