Query Detail : SEBI Grade A Officer Phase II Paper 2 General Stream

Hello. I have a query about the quiz for the video "Money Market Derivatives IRS FRA & IRF" question no. 3. The question is "The newspaper headline says “CRR is increased by 25 PB” is it mean that CRR is increased by 25% - True or False." The answer given is true. How? Wouldn't 25 basis points mean 0.25 percent? Is 25 PB a typo or is PB a different concept than BP (basis points)?
